Shop totally uncompromised with the customer! Does not deliver on time, does not answer the phone and keeps rolling around in whatever way it is possible! Terrible! I do not recommend EVER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teve a infeliz ideia de ligar para esta loja procurando comprar um rodape. A funcionária Márcia me disse em 17/05/2018 as 17:30 h. que tinha e o preço seria de R$ 25,00 o metro. Dia 18/05 liguei para reservar e ir pagar e outra funcionária disse de ligar depois uma hora. Em tudo liguei 5 vezes sem puder falar com a Márcia e quando consegui ela disse que não tinha o produto. Atendimento ruim e enrolado sem algum respeito pelo cliente. Aconselho ficar longe desta loja.
He had the unfortunate idea of calling this store looking to buy a baseboard. The employee Márcia told me on 17/05/2018 at 17:30 h. had and the price would be R $ 25.00 a meter. On 05/18 I called to book and go and pay and another employee said to call after an hour. In everything I called 5 times without being able to talk to Márcia and when I got it she said she didn't have the product. Bad and rolled up service without any respect for the customer. I advise you to stay away from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 01 cortina e duas persianas nessa loja, com prazo de entrega de 30 dias. Passados 60 dias os produtos não foram entregues. Ao entrar em contato com a loja sempre me falam nova data (todas não respeitadas / sem prévio aviso) . São totalmente desrespeitosos e irresponsáveis.
I bought 01 curtain and two blinds in this store, with a delivery time of 30 days. After 60 days the products were not delivered. When contacting the store, they always tell me a new date (all not respected / without prior notice). They are totally disrespectful and irresponsible.
