★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo a localização, o empreendimento é bem caprichado, porém tivemos problemas sérios com a construtora, muita dor de cabeça, não foram claros em alguns processos , morosidade na entrega de documentação da parte da construtora junto ao banco, regras e deveres apenas para quem compra , quem vendeu fez da forma que quiseram , bem desapontada com a parte burocrática e falta de transparência da equipe de vendas .
I love the location, the project is very neat, but we had serious problems with the construction company, a lot of headaches, there were unclear in some processes, delay in delivering documentation from the construction company to the bank, rules and duties only for those who buy , those who sold did it the way they wanted, very disappointed with the bureaucratic part and lack of transparency of the sales team.
