★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionário recusa-se a passar valor do medicamento, via WhatsApp, alegando que sempre solicito cotação e nunca compro com eles. Somente depois de informar que tomaria outras providências que fui atendida. ABSURDO!! Cotei muitas vezes sim, e em algumas vezes optei por ir até a loja para não precisar pagar o frete.
Employee refuses to pass the value of the drug, via WhatsApp, claiming that I always ask for a quote and never buy from them. Only after informing that I would take other measures was I attended to. ABSURD!! I have quoted many times, yes, and sometimes I chose to go to the store so I don't have to pay shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de fazer uma reclamação por aqui , 2 vez q tenho problemas eles me atrasaram muito tenho um compromisso onde preciso levar o produto , me deram além das 2:30hr de espera q já se passaram mais uma hora de precisão para entrega , péssimo atendimento é muito demorado , muita falta de consideração com o cliente .
I would like to make a complaint here , 2 times I have problems they delayed me a lot I have an appointment where I need to take the product , they gave me more than 2:30 hr of waiting time and another hour of accuracy has passed for delivery , bad service is very time consuming, very disrespectful to the customer.
