I bought a dress online at the Toth Store. I was scared because I never bought a party dress on the internet, we never know if it really is the same as it is in the photo. But I had a super positive experience !!! The dress arrived before the stipulated deadline, very well packed, with a letter and a candy! When I opened the package I was very happy because the dress was exactly as it appeared in the photo, in the specifications described! So, I highly recommend the Toth Store! Consegui encontrar o que buscava e dentro do valor que eu esperava. Antes da data fui muito bem atendida por mensagem e foram passadas as informaçÔes necessĂĄrias previamente. Ănico ponto que me fez tirar uma estrela foi o fato de o atendimento ser com hora marcada e ter atrasado meia hora para eu ser atendida. Compreendo que imprevistos podem ocorrer, foram pedidas desculpas e ofertado espaço para aguardar sentada. Mas ainda foi um atraso relevante. Outro ponto Ă© que por se tratar de vestido de noiva, acho que poderia ser dada uma atenção especial, pois normalmente Ă© um momento importante para a pessoa que estĂĄ buscando um vestido. E haviam vĂĄrios outros atendimentos ocorrendo quando cheguei, o que nĂŁo esperava, atĂ© pela questĂŁo de agendamentos e do espaço ser pequeno. Fora isso, estĂŁo de parabĂ©ns, pois o atendimento da moça (Fernanda, acho) foi perfeito!
The space is very pleasant, the person who attended me was extremely attentive and understood very well what I was looking for, helping me and making me comfortable at all times. I managed to find what I was looking for and within the value I expected. Before the date I was very well attended by message and the necessary information was given in advance. The only point that made me take a star off was the fact that the service is by appointment and it was half an hour late for me to be served. I understand that unforeseen events can occur, apologies were made and space was offered to wait seated. But it was still a significant delay. Another point is that, as it is a wedding dress, I think that special attention could be given, as it is usually an important moment for the person who is looking for a dress. And there were several other appointments taking place when I arrived, which I didn't expect, even due to the issue of scheduling and the space being small. Other than that, congratulations, because the service given by the girl (Fernanda, I think) was perfect!
