★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo com grosseria ao telefone. Tentei buscar minha CNH e não me deram opção de horários pq único funcionário que entrega a CNH almoça no mesmo horário que o meu. Como pode ter apenas um funcionário p esta opção? o Trabalhador só tem intervalo do almoco para resolver problemas.
Terrible service with rudeness on the phone. I tried to get my driver's license and they didn't give me a choice of times because the only employee who delivers the driver's license has lunch at the same time as mine. How can only one employee have this option? the worker only has lunch break to solve problems.

Ah, e podemos agendar horário pelo aplicativo Mg app, fica bem mais fácil chegar lá com hora marcada. O pessoal é muito atencioso, o local é muito fresco, arejado, grande e limpo. Só a rua que é bem escondida, mas de resto, estão de parabéns. Eficientes e rápidos, minha identidade ficou pronta quase na hora!
The place is great, entrance is accessible, service very good. It has passwords and plenty of chairs to sit and wait, and offer many services there. Oh, and we can schedule time by the app Mg app, it is much easier to get there by appointment. The staff are very attentive, the place is very fresh, airy, large and clean.
