★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ensino fraco, nos venderam um curso híbrido da pós em estética e fizeram 1 aula prática, por sinal muito fraca. Não respondem, não emitem o certificado de conclusão de curso. O sistema ânima de educação é infantil, sem compromisso, isso acontece a anos e eles não se esforçam para mudar.
Weak teaching, they sold us a hybrid postgraduate course in aesthetics and took 1 practical class, which was very weak. They do not respond, they do not issue the course completion certificate. The anima system of education is childish, no compromise, it's been going on for years and they don't try to change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos matricula para ensino presencial e pagamos mensalidade para ensino presencial e não remoto, quando estava com as restrições era justificável as aulas online mas com a liberação é uma falta de respeito com todos os alunos permanecer com aulas hibridas.!! Não realizamos matricula para ter ensino hibrido !!!
We register for face-to-face teaching and pay tuition for face-to-face and non-remote teaching, when there were restrictions, online classes were justifiable but with the release it is a lack of respect for all students to remain with hybrid classes.!! We don't register to have hybrid teaching!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! A faculdade não dá suporte nenhum para os alunos. Não respondem WhatsApp, e-mail, mensagens, não atendem ligações. As cabines de atendimento físicas da faculdade vivem lotadas e on-line não respondem. A dias estou tendo dificuldade com o pagamento e entrando em contato mas ninguém responde, SUPORTE ZERO! E quanto a outras questões anteriores foi mesma coisa.
Mas quando vence o boleto, aí sim eles vem igual uma fera!
Professores ótimos! Excelentes matérias. Salas de aula muito boas, bem estruturadas e confortáveis.
Terrible service! The college does not support students at all. They don't answer WhatsApp, emails, messages, they don't answer calls. The college's physical service booths are crowded and online are unresponsive. The days I'm having difficulty with the payment and getting in touch but no one responds, ZERO SUPPORT! And as for other previous questions, it was the same thing.
But when the ticket wins, then they come like a beast!
Great teachers! Excellent subjects. Very good classrooms, well structured and comfortable.
