★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio organizado e tranquilo. Só há um problema estrutural na garagem onde o teto ficou muito baixo e carros mais altos ficam com muita dificuldade para acessar as vagas. Condomínio de R$450,00 é um preço bom para a idade do prédio e para a estrutura de lazer que ele possui.
