Estive durante o feriado, todos os atendentes foram super simpáticos e pró ativos, apresentando os produtos e indicando os itens, a loja estava muito organizada. O tempo de espera na fila foi bastante rápido! Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por se dizer "universo casa", imaginei que seria aquela loja TOP para comprar artigos de lar, mas infelizmente a loja deixa MUITO a desejar, começando pelos atendentes CONVERSANDO em horário de trabalho e nem sequer tem o trabalho de ir até o cliente perguntar se precisa de ajuda; a loja não tem muitos produtos para o lar, o nome não condiz com a realidade, a ÚNICA coisa boa é que vendem uma marca que amooo, porém o restante precisa ser mexido urgentemente.
By saying "home universe", I imagined it would be that TOP store to buy household items, but unfortunately the store leaves a LOT to be desired, starting with the clerks TALKING about working hours and doesn't even have the trouble of going to the customer to ask if need help; the store doesn’t have many products for the home, the name doesn’t match reality, the ONLY good thing is that they sell a brand that I love, but the rest needs to be changed urgently.
