If it is possible to feel affection for a company, that is the description of the feeling I have for the management and the whole team.
In all the times that I needed, I was extremely well attended to even in a different way to my needs and availability of time, almost an exclusive treatment.
And I also saw other clients being as well served as I was, even with technical guidelines, while waiting for the execution of my service.
Service done in front of me with technical explanation, clearly and honestly.

O entregador, Jonas, muito simpático, fez a super gentileza de acoplar o ventilador novo pra mim (no lugar do antigo) sem me cobrar por isso.
Friendly (although a little confusing) service over the phone. They delivered the ventilator to my house shortly after I placed the order over the phone. The delivery man, Jonas, very friendly, was super kind to attach the new fan for me (in place of the old one) without charging me for it.
