★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém falta conhecimento por parte das vendedoras, mandam entregas erradas, gerando devoluções e recusas, eu mesmo tive três erros seguidos, fora que algumas madeiras vão rachadas e algumas podres, eles colocam no meio e só se percebe depois da entrega, sugiro conferir no ato. E eles também não dão desconto, são ruins de negocio.
Good service, but lack of knowledge on the part of the salespeople, they send wrong deliveries, generating returns and refusals, I myself had three errors in a row, besides that some wood goes cracked and some rotten, they put in the middle and it is only noticed after delivery, I suggest check in the act. And they also don't give a discount, they are bad business.
