Mandaram pra fábrica. O gerente extremamente grosseiro,falou que caiu produto químico. Estranho que não caiu nada no tênis. Segundo o gerente Fábio a Fábrica não erra. Tudo bem...mas atendimento mas o atendimento à mim mudou sendo que no prazo de 15 dias comprei quase mil reais de tênis.
Loja péssima...gerente grosso... atenção péssima. Não emitem cupom fiscal. Enfim vou ficar no prejuízo. Não recomendo. Nem a loja ...nem a RAMARIM.
Terrible. I bought a Ramarim tennis trainer from 249.00 in sight, I used it twice all in white. Until then the service was excellent. After I went to claim tennis. They sent it to the factory. The extremely rude manager said that the chemical dropped. Strange that nothing fell in sneakers. According to the manager Fábio, the Factory does not make mistakes. Okay...but service but the service to me changed being that within 15 days I bought almost a thousand reais of tennis.
Terrible store...gross manager...lousy attention. Do not issue tax coupon. Anyway, I'm going to lose. I do not recommend. Neither the store ... nor RAMARIM.
