★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência boa com essa empresa, comprei a passagem para dia 13/05/2021 saindo de Natal a Fortaleza as 23:00 ônibus quebrou em João Pessoa ia chegar em Natal as 02h da manhã pra mim não dava pois tinha compromisso lá, tive que retornar pra casa , não fiz a viagem e ainda fiquei no prejuízo das viajem da Uber de ida e volta, o senhor disse que não reembolsava.
I didn’t have a good experience with this company, I bought the ticket for 05/13/2021 leaving Natal to Fortaleza at 23:00 buses broke in João Pessoa I was going to arrive in Natal at 02:00 in the morning, I didn’t know because I had an appointment there, I had to return home, I didn’t make the trip and I was still at the expense of Uber's round trip, you said you didn’t refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Liguei para o telefone da Catedral e a moça só fala toda aborrecida. Mas também não deixei barato porque mau atendimento não tem perdão comigo. E as consequências ainda são maiores porque contra indico ela para todos.
Terrible! I called the Cathedral phone and the girl just talks all annoyed. But I also didn't let it go because bad service doesn't forgive me. And the consequences are even greater because I do not recommend her to everyone.
