Desde o 1o contato qdo recebi a visita deles e fotografamos meu ap ate a finalizaçao da Venda .
Eles avaliam muito bem o que comprador procura e so levam visitas que realmente tem interesse .
Quando fechamos a venda tambem fui procurar outro imovel para mim . Expliquei o que eu gostaria , selecionaram 3 opcoes. Gostei muito de um e fechei venda e compra com eles .Tudo sincronizado , E eventuais desencontros que aconteceram foram super bem administrados por eles .
I had an excellent experience with Villalobos Imóveis.
From the 1st contact when I received their visit and we photographed my apartment until the end of the sale.
They evaluate very well what the buyer is looking for and only take visitors who are really interested.
When we closed the sale I also went looking for another property for me. I explained what I would like, they selected 3 options. I liked one a lot and closed the sale and purchase with them. Everything was synchronized, and any mismatches that happened were very well managed by them.

A corretora foi muito profissional e sempre atenciosa conosco . O gerente fez todo o processo da venda e da compra desde a proposta até a averiguação de toda documentação, incluindo os ajustes das minutas até a assinatura das escrituras de forma bastante profissional e eficiente. Outro funcionário fez todo o processo do pós vendas também de forma muito eficiente.

We recently used the services of Imobiliária Villalobos Imoveis for the sale of an apartment and for the purchase of a Studio. The broker was very professional and always attentive to us. The manager handled the entire sale and purchase process, from the proposal to the verification of all documentation, including the adjustments of the minutes to the signing of the deeds in a very professional and efficient way. Another employee did the entire after sales process very efficiently as well.
