It solved my life !! Every week they remove and deliver my clothes, clean and ironed !! Best of all, it smells wonderful. I have quick and easy access to their WhatsApp without complications, I can change delivery or order something special in some part !! Super indicate! Ps: they also washed my carpets and my curtain, came to remove and deliver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, Desde o dia 11 de fevereiro estou tentando utilizar o resto do saldo do plano que paguei, combinei por telefone de mandar um edredon king e orcei um tapete tambem. Enfim, marcaram e nunca vieram retirar, agendei novamente dia 07/03, e novamente dia 16/03 agendei a retirada e como nao tinha ninguem em casa fiquei aguardando, avisei que meu edredon estava molhado por causa da chuva e era BRANCO, enfim 14:30 liguei novamente para cobrar um horario aonde me informaram que nao iriam retirar, que um rapaz tinha vindo aqui em casa avisar, no fim reclamei e nao me retornaram mais. RESUMO MEU EDREDON KING ESTA MANCHADO ja que teve que secar e a agua da chuva nao estava tao limpa. Prejuizo. Falaram que meu plano tinha mais de 4 meses e por iso nao poderia mais utilizar o valor e em nenhum momento isso me foi avisado, tanto que liguei varias vezes cobrando o servico e eles sempre agendaram, dia 7/03 conseguiram ver meu saldo e dia 16/03 ja nao conseguiam mais.
Pela falta de retorno irei continuar reclamando ate receber uma devolutiva.
Well, since the 11th of February I've been trying to use the rest of the balance of the plan I paid, I arranged by phone to send a king duvet and budgeted a rug as well. Anyway, they made an appointment and they never came to pick it up, I scheduled it again on 03/07, and again on 03/16 I scheduled the pick up and as there was no one at home I was waiting, I warned that my duvet was wet because of the rain and it was WHITE, anyway 14 :30 I called again to charge a time where they informed me that they wouldn't pick it up, that a guy had come here to warn me, in the end I complained and they never got back to me. SUMMARY MY KING EDREDON IS SMEARED as it had to dry and the rainwater was not so clean. Loss. They said that my plan was more than 4 months old and that's why I couldn't use the amount anymore and at no time was I warned, so much so that I called several times charging the service and they always scheduled it, on the 7/03th they managed to see my balance and date 03/16 they couldn't do it anymore.
Due to the lack of response, I will continue to complain until I receive a return.
