★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, confuso nas explicações sobre fluxo e evolução de obras. Achei muito caro o valor do apartamento lá. O lugar também não é dos melhores, a noite é escuro e tem muitos moradores de rua perto. Não achei seguro, para quem não tem carro é muito perigoso andar sozinho pela região, não tem nada em volta. Quem puder compre em outro lugar, ali não vale o custo.
Poor service, confusing explanations about the flow and evolution of works. I found the apartment there very expensive. The place is not the best either, the night is dark and there are many homeless people nearby. I didn't think it was safe, for those who don't have a car it's very dangerous to walk alone in the region, there's nothing around. Anyone who can buy elsewhere, there is not worth the cost.

Lazer completo e muito bem planejado.
Recomendo tanto para moradia, bem como para investimento, haja visto que o local vai ter uma alta valorização.
