★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora em atendimento, mas não é culpa de ninguém só da portaria que vive no celular, um senhor que só fica no celular (careca) e não sabe nem estar disposto a auxiliar quem chega com dúvidas.
There is a delay in service, but it's not anyone's fault, just the concierge who lives on his cell phone, a man who only stays on his cell phone (bald) and doesn't even know how to be willing to help those who arrive with questions.
