★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após adquirir produto defeituoso, retornamos à loja para efetuar a troca. Vendedoras constataram o defeito e informaram que deveriam reter o produto e enviar uma imagem para a fábrica na Austria, a qual liberaria a troca.
Passadas semanas sem resolução, contatamos a dona da loja, que de forma pouco educada alegou que era impossível a peça estar com defeito, e por isso não faria a troca nem devolução do dinheiro. Ofereceu 50% de desconto para a próxima compra e disse que deveríamos conversar com o advogado dela se discordássemos. Péssimo nível de serviço.
After purchasing the defective product, we return to the store to exchange it. Sellers found the defect and informed that they should retain the product and send an image to the factory in Austria, which would release the exchange.
After weeks without resolution, we contacted the owner of the store, who impolitely claimed that it was impossible for the part to be defective, and therefore would not exchange or refund the money. She offered 50% off the next purchase and said we should talk to her lawyer if we disagreed. Terrible level of service.
