★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Churrasqueira com preço em conta, mas infelizmente o pós vendas é péssimo. Na instalação que foi feita em novembro/20 uma peça veio errada. Conversei com o vendedor 6x por telefone e 4x pelo whatsapp. O mesmo a 8 meses vem me enrolando pra trocar a peça com promessas e até hoje 8 meses após a compra não recebi a parte certa da churrasqueira. Não recomendo wrs.
Editando, hoje 26/7/21. Meu telefone é 11980151751. Estou no aguardo do retorno de vocês pra resolver.
Editando pela última vez. 24/08/21 e ninguém entrou em contato. Volto a afirmar péssima empresa no pós vendas. Pulem fora, o barato sai caro.
Barbecue with affordable price, but unfortunately the after sales are terrible. In the installation that was done in November/20 a part came wrong. I talked to the seller 6x over the phone and 4x over whatsapp. The same one for 8 months has been trying to change the part with promises and until today 8 months after the purchase I haven't received the right part of the barbecue. I don't recommend wrs.

Editing for the last time. 24/08/21 and nobody got in touch. I say again a terrible company in the after sales. Skip out, the cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pré já não é lá essas coisas, o pós venda então... O vendedor nem lembra que vendeu pra você. Os entregadores cobram a parte caso precise subir ou descer escada... (E ainda estou tentando contato para ser feita a montagem)... Enfim... Não recomendo!
Pre is not there any more, after sales then... The seller doesn't even remember that he sold it to you. The delivery guys charge the part in case you need to go up or down stairs... (And I'm still trying to contact you to make the assembly)... Anyway... I don't recommend!
