Fiz uma revisão cara nessa loja, péssimo atendimento, paguei por um serviço caro e mal feito, minha esposa se acidentou e ele tirou o corpo fora, não assumiu a responsabilidade, paguei pra trocar cabos e revisar toda a bicicleta e em um serviço mal feito minha esposa caiu na descida de casa me gerando mais de 10mil em tratamento dentário sem assistência alguma dele, procurei ele amigável, mas eh tão desprezível que preferi arcar com os custos que acabei agora, paguei agora, mais de 1ano depois, mas deixo aqui a péssima loja e péssimo pós venda, fora os preços.

I did an expensive overhaul in this store, poor service, I paid for an expensive and poorly done service, my wife had an accident and he took the body out, did not take responsibility, I paid to change cables and inspect the entire bike and in a poorly done job my wife fell on the way down, generating me more than 10 thousand in dental treatment without any assistance from him, I looked for him friendly, but he is so despicable that I preferred to bear the costs that I ended up now, I paid now, more than 1 year later, but I leave it here. bad store and bad after-sales, apart from the prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei msgs no WhatsApp em momentos diferentes para saber sobre uma bicicleta. Abriram minhas msgs e sequer responderam um "boa tarde" ou pediram para aguardar. Quando entrei em contato via telefone para saber se o atendimento via WhatsApp estava normal e explicar que não estavam me respondendo por lá, a atendente começou a me interromper rispidamente perguntando "mas o que é mesmo que você quer?".
I sent messages on WhatsApp at different times to find out about a bicycle. They opened my messages and didn't even answer a "good afternoon" or asked to wait. When I got in touch via phone to find out if the service via WhatsApp was normal and explain that they were not answering me there, the attendant started to interrupt me sharply asking "but what is it that you really want?".

O atendimento é altamente prestativo. Possuem uma grande variedade de bicicletas novas e usadas de diversas modalidades.
Atualmente moro afastado da loja, mas sempre que possível apareço! Recomendado!
