★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completa falta de profissionalismo. A geladeira deu o mesmo defeito 20 dias após o conserto,entrei em contato fiquei aguardando a visita técnica e o profissional não compareceu. Liguei novamente o telefone deu desligado, insisti aí atendeu informando que não poderia comparecer. E não tinha a pretensão de me informar. Estou com as coisas estragando na geladeira sem recursos pra resolver pelo horário e irresponsabilidade desse profissional. Quero meu dinheiro de volta. No mínimo pq meu prejuízo não vai arcar.
Complete lack of professionalism. The refrigerator had the same defect 20 days after the repair, I got in touch and waited for the technical visit and the professional did not show up. I called again the phone turned off, I insisted there he answered informing that he could not attend. And I had no intention of informing myself. I have things spoiling in the fridge with no resources to resolve the schedule and irresponsibility of this professional. I want my money back. At least because my loss will not bear.
