★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar faz mais de uma hora pra denunciar uma aglomeração de pessoas, todas sem máscara.. e nem ao menos consegue-se contato, fiquei mais de 3 minutos esperando numa chamada sem ser atendido!
 I've been trying to call for over an hour to report an agglomeration of people, all without a mask ... and not even getting contact, I spent more than 3 minutes waiting on a call without being answered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui assaltada em 2015, nenhuma viatura foi prestar socorro. Além de ter que ir até a delegacia com uma cidadã me acompanhando devido ao estado de choque, nenhuma viatura foi acionada de fato e disse que me ligariam caso o celular fosse encontrado. Até agora nada. Toda a região da Várzea e Cidade Universitária são inseguras, não há viaturas nem policiais em espaço público, seja com grande ou pouco movimento.
I was robbed in 2015, no car went to help. Apart from having to go to the police station with a citizen accompanying me due to the shock, no car was actually started and said they would call me if the cell phone was found. Until now, nothing. The whole region of the Várzea and University City are insecure, there are no vehicles or police in public space, whether with large or little movement.
