O telefone está sempre ocupado, tive que ir pessoalmente agendar para levar meus ítens. No dia 16/11 agendei para 12/12, nesta data deixei uma sacola com 30 peças para serem avaliadas. Ficaram de enviar um e-mail com os valores de cada peça, hoje 19/01 retirei as roupas sem o tal inventário. Foram educados, pediram desculpas, mas não foram eficientes.
Não recomendo e quem me recomendou se arrependeu.
Very bad experience.
The phone is always busy, I had to go personally to get my items. On 11/16 I scheduled for 12/12, on this date I left a bag with 30 pieces to be evaluated. They were to send an email with the values of each piece, today 1/19 I removed the clothes without the inventory. They were polite, they apologized, but they were not efficient.
I don't recommend it and whoever recommended it regretted it.

Wonderful people who run the store, honest and impeccable service, well maintained product like clothes and toys for children and babies. Brecho will only accept the pieces if they are in new condition.
