★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas gigantescas, atendimento lento, serviços anunciados no site como apostilamento não são realizados no local, burocracia desnecessária. Em tempos de pandemia você é obrigado a perder tempo e aglomerar desnecessariamente, pondo em risco a sua vida e a dos demais. Pior cartório em que já estive. Totalmente incompatível com o tamanho e importância da cidade.
Se tiver carro vale MUITO a pena pegar meia horinha de estrada e ir ao cartório de São Pedro da Aldeia. Lá tem tempo de espera justo, atendimento de qualidade e funcionários que facilitam seu pedido ao invés de dificultar. Uma procuração que precisaria de milhões de burocracias desnecessárias em Cabo Frio eu consegui fazer sem dificuldades em São Pedro.
Huge queues, slow service, services advertised on the website such as apostille are not performed on site, unnecessary bureaucracy. In times of a pandemic you are forced to waste time and unnecessarily cluster, putting your life and that of others at risk. Worst office I've ever been to. Totally incompatible with the size and importance of the city.
If you have a car, it is VERY worth taking half an hour on the road and going to the São Pedro da Aldeia registry office. There you have fair waiting time, quality service and staff that make your order easier instead of making it difficult. A power of attorney that would need millions of unnecessary bureaucracy in Cabo Frio I managed to do without difficulties in São Pedro.
