★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior Cartório de São Luis em atendimento.Não tendem o telefone, não se modernizaram , forçam os cidadãos a irem lá para resolver o pagamento de títulos. Já existem cartórios na cidade que você pode resolver tudo pela internet, mas alguns bancos como o Banco do Brasil parece que têm um xodó por eles ou participam nos lucros, porque só enviam os títulos para lá.

É impressionante que não tenham se atualizado e modernizado na forma de trabalho
