★ ★ ★ ★ ★ olha, já mexi com todos os cartórios de belo horizonte. mas o 1o e o 4o são excepcionais. pessoal educado, preparado, não perdemos tempo. muito obrigado pela ótima prestação de serviço. ao contrário dos outros cartórios de registro de imóveis que nos tratam como se fossemos marginais. quem me dera se eu pudesse escolher os cartórios de registro dos meus imóveis. faria uma divisão entre o 1o e o 4o de bh.
Look, I've already messed with all the notaries in Belo Horizonte. but the 1st and 4th are exceptional. polite, prepared staff, we don't waste time. thank you very much for the great service. unlike the other land registry offices that treat us as if we were marginals. I wish I could choose the registry offices for my properties. would make a division between the 1st and 4th of bh.

Fiquei surpreso com a cara de satisfação de todos os funcionários que vi! É o extremo oposto de todos os cartórios em que fui, aqui em BH! Espero que continue sempre assim!
