★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Art Gesso Revestimentos teve que vir ao meu apartamento 4 dias para executar o serviço. Em 3 dias chegaram com mais de 3 horas de atraso, e em 1 dia não aparecem e desligaram o celular para não ter como entrar em contato. Passei por uma situação estressante e fui tratado com a maior falta de respeito como consumidor. Ao tentar ligar para o dono da loja ele simplesmente não atendia a ligação (apesar de estar lendo as mensagens no whats app e também não respondendo). A Art Gesso quer executar o serviço no horário conveniente para eles, sem se preocupar com os compromissos do cliente.
The Art Coatings Gesso had to come to my apartment 4 days to perform the service. In 3 days they arrived with more than 3 hours of delay, and in 1 day they did not appear and they turned off the cell phone so that they could not get in touch. I went through a stressful situation and was treated with the greatest lack of respect as a consumer. When trying to call the owner of the store he simply did not answer the call (despite reading the messages in the whatsapp and also not responding). Art Gesso wants to run the service at the convenient time for them, without worrying about the client's commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta capricho. Cliente é encantado por detalhes e não foi o que aconteceu.... executaram o serviço, porém com aquela impressão de que qualquer jeito está bom. Foi o lugar mais caro que cotei, porém como precisava executar o servico naquele dia aceitei, esperando que pelo preço cobrado teria profissionais com qualificação adequada e que fossem muito caprichosos , mas nao foi bem assim...iniciaram o serviço em um dia e tiveram que que voltar no dia seguinte para terminar... o que atrapalhou meus planos...tabica com emenda aparecendo bem na entrada da porta... se fosse necessário uma emenda tinham que fazer no fim e não no começo .. ficou feio ... meu marido teve que dar uma disfarçada com massa corrida... no cortineiro deveria ter colocado uma cantoneira para dar o acabamento retinho ..Mas isso também não aconteceu e nem sei se lixando não ficará ondulações. Além de deixarem os materiais na minha casa e querem pegar no outro sem saber se eu estaria disponível... Essas são as considerações de acordo com a experiência que eu tive... eu não recomendo, baseado na minha experiência. Não me importaria de pagar caro se o retorno fosse compatível
Lack of whim. Customer is enchanted by details and that's not what happened .... they performed the service, but with that impression that all is well. It was the most expensive place I quoted, but as I needed to perform the service that day I accepted, hoping that for the price charged would have professionals with proper qualification and were very capricious, but not quite ... started the service in one day and had I want to go back the next day to finish ... which got in the way of my plans ... splicing tab appearing right in the doorway ... if an amendment was needed they had to do it at the end and not at the beginning ... it got ugly. .. my husband had to make a disguise with the putty ... in the curtain should have placed a corner to give the straight finish .. But this also did not happen and do not know if sanding will not be ripples. In addition to leaving the materials in my house and want to pick up the other without knowing if I would be available ... These are the considerations according to the experience I had ... I do not recommend, based on my experience. I wouldn't mind paying dearly if the return was compatible
