★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora absurda e atendimento péssimo. Só depois de mais de 2hrs de aguardo que perceberam que anotaram meu endereço e contato tudo errado, e não conseguiram nem me contatar. E isso pq eu perguntei se era certeza que não queriam anotar o cep da rua e disseram que não precisava. Se tivessem humildade eu ainda tentava relevar e passar os dados denovo, mas como a atendente ainda quis falar como se eu que tivesse passado errado, só cancelei. Quase 3hrs de dor de cabeça. Nunca mais!
Terrible delay and terrible service. Only after more than 2 hours of waiting did they realize that they wrote down my address and contact all wrong, and they couldn't even contact me. And that's because I asked if it was sure they didn't want to write down the street zip code and they said they didn't need to. If they had humility, I would still try to reveal and pass the data again, but as the attendant still wanted to talk as if I had passed it wrong, I just canceled. Almost 3 hours of headache. Never!
