Contudo, faço uma ressalva à algumas situações onde pessoas conhecidas ( mãe, e duas amigas) ligaram para companhia, tendo sido atendidas por uma policial, solicitando o envio da viatura e não foram atendidas.

However, I make a reservation to some situations where known people (mother, and two friends) called the company, having been attended by a police officer, requesting the sending of the vehicle and were not attended to.
