★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de auxílio em 2016 e até hoje estou respondendo processo e a dívida está em mais de 20k pois a advogada que foi nomeada para meu caso negligenciou o caso até a última hora e agora não tenho mais como recorrer, eu acreditando que seria intimado para comparecer na audiência, quando fui saber já havia várias respostas negativas em meu processo por não apresentar provas ou justificativas.
I needed help in 2016 and even today I am responding to a lawsuit and the debt is over 20k because the lawyer who was appointed for my case neglected the case until the last minute and now I have no way to appeal, I believe I would be summoned to appear at the hearing, when I found out, there were already several negative responses in my case for not presenting evidence or justification.
