★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da médica pediatra Milla Ribeiro Rodrigues na emergência péssimo. Não é humana, foi dormir chegou bem tarde, chega ouvi duas técnicas falando do comportamento dela. Atendeu minha filha muito mal e não quis me dá uma solicitação de exame. Estava parecendo que desfilava pelo hospital nem jaleco usava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame c a Dr Ana Carolina, no dia 18.mulher muito grossa e arrogante,me tratou mal,não sabe tratar as pessoas com respeito e ñ deveria trabalhar com gente.A enfermeira Lara é excelente profissional ,tão humana, maravilhosa me consolou porque até chorei de raiva.
I did an exam with Dr Ana Carolina, on the 18th. A very thick and arrogant woman, she treated me badly, she doesn't know how to treat people with respect and I shouldn't work with people. Nurse Lara is an excellent professional, so human, wonderful, she comforted me because I even cried with anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado, dia 16/01/2021, estive nessa unidade, 11:30, com fortes dores no punho fraturado, fiz a triagem e colocaram a pulseira verde. Fiquei aguardando enquanto o médico almoçava e finalmente fui atendida umas 14:30, por um senhor que estava no consultório de ortopedia, sem jaleco e sem qualquer identificação, que me tratou com uma ignorância gratuita, bem diferente do dia 01/01/21, dia em que fraturei o punho, sendo atendida por Dr Henderson, excelente profissional, me atendeu com presteza, educação e paciência que os pacientes devem ser tratados.
Voltando ao dia 16, essa pessoa, que só depois fui saber que se tratava de um tal Cláudio, um pessoa totalmente despreparada para lidar com gente. Quando saí do RX, ele estava gritando com uma senhora de aproximadamente 75 anos. Resolvi sair sem mostrar o resultado do RX, temendo por minha segurança física e emocional.
Menos pessoas como ele, mais do dr Henderson, ortopedista!
Saturday, 01/16/2021, I was in that unit, 11:30 am, with severe pain in my fractured wrist, I did the screening and put on the green bracelet. I waited while the doctor was having lunch and finally I was seen at about 2:30 pm, by a gentleman who was in the orthopedics office, without a lab coat and without any identification, who treated me with free ignorance, very different from 01/01/21, day when I fractured my wrist, being attended by Dr Henderson, an excellent professional, he attended me with promptness, education and patience that patients should be treated.
Going back to the 16th, that person, who only later learned that he was a certain Claudio, a person totally unprepared to deal with people. When I left RX, he was yelling at a lady about 75 years old. I decided to leave without showing the result of the RX, fearing for my physical and emotional security.
Fewer people like him, more than Dr. Henderson, orthopedist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no bairro, graças a Deus não precioso com fequências, más sempre q precisei fui bem atendida. Agora dia 30 de agosto meu filho de 11 anos precisou e foi mais uma vez bem atendido saiu no dia 31 pra o hospital. Agradeco a todos direto e indiretamente pelo cuidado com meu filho.Q Deus protega todos vcs . Obrigado
I live in the neighborhood, thank God not precious with frequency, but whenever I needed it I was well attended. Now on the 30th of August my 11 year old son needed it and was once again well attended to, he left on the 31st to the hospital. I thank everyone directly and indirectly for taking care of my son. Q God protect all of you. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente um descaso hj cheguei cm minha esposa 00:30 e cm 5 pacientes para ser atendido a médica plantonista até agora não atendeu NINGUÉM e já são 04:30 os pacientes clamando por atendimento e teve que chegar os policias para vim conter e informar que não haveria mais atendimento.
Totally negligent today I arrived with my wife at 00:30 and in 5 patients to be seen, the doctor on duty so far has not seen ANYONE and it is already 4:30 am the patients clamoring for care and the police had to come to contain and inform that they did not there would be more service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Minha filha com sintomas de covid e eles se recusaram a fazer o teste. Meu irmão já confirmado com covid e a médica não considerou. Absurdo. Fazem a ficha e atendem mal apenas para bater meta de atendimentos. Só sabem prescrever medicamentos.
Terrible attendance. My daughter with covid symptoms and they refused to take the test. My brother already confirmed with covid and the doctor didn't consider it. Absurd. They do the form and serve poorly just to hit the attendance goal. They only know how to prescribe medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente ?, cheguei hj em busca do gripario as 05:40 fui atendida e muito bem tratada pelos profissionais ? saí 7:20 e ainda fiz o teste do covid, achei rápido e bastante organizado. Recepcionista, enfermeira da triagem, Dr Thiago Duarte,atendentes,maqueiros, segurança, porteiro,pessoal da limpeza e a moça da coleta... Parabéns a todos. Meu único receio é em relação a quantidade de dias de atestado com o resultado do teste, já que o atestado médico são 4 dias e o resultado só sai de 8 a 10 dias. Fora isso, agradeço de coração.
Excellent service ?, I arrived today in search of the flu at 05:40 I was attended and very well treated by the professionals ? I left at 7:20 and even took the covid test, I found it fast and very organized. Receptionist, triage nurse, Dr Thiago Duarte, attendants, stretcher workers, security, doorman, cleaning staff and the collection girl... Congratulations to all. My only fear is in relation to the number of days of certificate with the test result, since the medical certificate is 4 days and the result only comes out in 8 to 10 days.
