PONTOS POSITIVOS:
Ar Condicionado funciona bem,
Quartos bem amplos;
Lugar de Paz e Tranquilidade
PONTOS NEGATIVOS:
Infraestruturas precárias. Não há nada pelo entorno. Melhor ficar em Ponta Negra.
Limpeza deixa a desejar;
Sinais de baratas dentro dos quartos;
Roupa de cama com cheiro de barata;
Banheiro só com Água fria;
Internet não funciona nos quartos;
Café da manhã poderia ser melhor;
Difícil Acesso: Só vale a pena se você estiver com carro, pra poder se locomover para a cidade. Uber/99 tem dificuldades para entrarem e muitos não aceitam corridas originadas do HTO.
Não tem nenhum restaurante próximo;
Tem que pedir tudo via Delivery e demoram no mínimo 1h30 para entregarem;
Não tem piscina e a Praia do Y é ruim.
Transit Hotel inside the barracks. I booked for 5 nights, stayed only 1 night.
STRENGTHS:
Air Conditioning works well
Very spacious rooms;
Place of Peace and Tranquility
NEGATIVE POINTS:
Poor infrastructure. There is nothing around. Better to stay in Ponta Negra.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired;
Signs of cockroaches inside the rooms;
Cockroach-scented bedding;
Bathroom with cold water only;
Internet does not work in rooms;
Breakfast could be better;
Difficult Access: It's only worth it if you have a car, so you can get around the city. Uber/99 has difficulties getting in and many do not accept rides originating from the HTO.
There are no restaurants nearby;
You have to order everything via Delivery and it takes at least 1h30 to deliver;
There is no pool and Praia do Y is bad.
