★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai de lá hoje muito estressado com o mau atendimento. Além sem educação o atendente me disse que eu não poderia autenticar o documento porque estava danificado. Levei outro para comprovar a veracidade. E agora estou saindo feliz da vida aqui do 3 tabelião de notas, com os documentos autenticados e super satisfeito com o atendimento deles.
 I left there today very stressed with poor service. Besides uneducated the clerk told me that I could not authenticate the document because it was damaged. I took another to prove the truth. And now I'm leaving happy here of the 3 notary of notes, with the authenticated documents and super satisfied with the care of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, cliente a pelo menos uns 15 anos deixei de fazer serviços nesse por serem muito devagar , pois hoje tive que ir lá pois estava próximo, após 45 minutos de espera tinha que apresentar o original de um contrato social, estava com o xerox, como se devemos andar com o original de um contrato social debaixo dos braços. Funcionários com conversas paralelas no balcão de carimbos, isso em 45 minutos esperando , ( observando ) NÃO RECOMENDO . Então vamos lá, e obrigatório a apresentação do original, no mínimo teria que ter uma placa indicando, agora aguardar todo esse tempo!!!!! Estão de brincadeira.
Terrible, client at least 15 years ago I stopped doing services on this one because they were too slow, because today I had to go there because it was close, after 45 minutes of waiting I had to present the original of a social contract, I had the copy, as whether we should carry the original of a social contract under our arms. Employees with side conversations at the stamp counter, this in 45 minutes waiting, (observing) I DO NOT RECOMMEND. So here we go, and the presentation of the original is mandatory, at least there would have to be a sign indicating, now wait all this time!!!!! They're kidding.

Vim do E.S. para assinar uma escritura, e me foi dado toda uma assistência, estando ainda eu em meu Estado. Cheguei às 10 hs e antes das 12 hs, já tinhamos assinado a escritura do imóvel. Parabéns ao Sr. André. Gratidão!
Team very focused and updated in the laws, mainly with regard to real estate bookkeeping. I came from E.S. to sign a deed, and I was given full assistance, while I am still in my state.
