 I've been trying to contact them since yesterday nobody answers my email I live in Serrana in a crisis like this thinks the person has money to keep putting credit to call answer delay to answer leave the person on the line and there goes the credits away and the subject is urgent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem telefone nao sei pq ... Faz 2 horas que to tentando ligar ninguém atende em um número no outro so ocupado.. Fiz uma certidão de pós óbito e veio sem carimbo sem assinaturas... Queria saber se é assim mesmo ou erraram..so que nao tem como eu falar com eles.. Pq nao atende o telefone... Sentido irritada viu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei o documento do hospital para ser feita certidão de nascimento, O cartório colocou a data (ano) errada! Refizeram nova certidão. Mesmo apos 3 meses a data continua errada no registro nacional.Ou seja o cliente não pode confiar no serviço prestado!!!
I delivered the document from the hospital to be made a birth certificate, the notary put the date (year) wrong! They redacted a new certificate. Even after 3 months the date is still wrong in the national registry. In other words, the customer cannot trust the service provided!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Custam a dar uma informação completa. Entrei em contato várias vezes, mandei email, com perguntas claras e específicas e eles nunca passam uma informação completa... Por isso que as pessoas não casam no Brasil, É MUITA BUROCRACIA por algo que é direito nosso e ainda precisamos pagar um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom espaço e suficiente para alguns convidados. O estacionamento é pequeno, então você pode estacionar nas imediações ou em estacionamento pago (+- 5 reais a hora/carro). Se estacionar na 9 de julho, tem flanelinhas.
