 The best Real Estate Registry office in the Capital. I always have the best service. I can resolve all matters related to the registry office; all employees are to be congratulated, I owe only praise for the services provided. The population of Belen needs agility and all the legal security in their business, such as that provided by this model and exemplary registry office. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local. Já entregam o documento quase vencido. Lento. Consome o prazo legal, assim vc já é obrigado a pagar novamente no momento que recebe o documento. Não existem humanos. Pessoas insensíveis. Treinadas para educadamente faturar para o cartório . Lamentável. Pena que não tem concorrência, somos obrigados a se sujeitar as arbitrariedades do local. Se não jamais voltaria neste lugar.
Bad location. They have already delivered the almost expired document. Slow. It consumes the legal term, so you are already obliged to pay again the moment you receive the document. There are no humans. Insensitive people. Trained to politely bill to the registry office. Unfortunate. Too bad there is no competition, we are obliged to submit to the arbitrariness of the place. If not, I would never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito bonito, ambiente físico excelente, porém a atendente da recepção é completamente despreparada para o atendimento, ríspida, educação passou longe, fora isso se é sabido que o atendimento é lento pelos serviços prestados, porque não acrescentar um ou dois funcionários a mais para o atendimento ao público, a sensação de impotência e de que estou pedindo um favor por esse atendimento, mas após recobrar a consciência é perceber as altas taxas cobradas pelos cartórios me sinto fazendo papel de palhaço aguardando esse atendimento, lá se foram 3h do meu dia aguardando pra ser atendido.
Very beautiful environment, excellent physical environment, but the reception desk attendant is completely unprepared for the service, harsh, education has gone far, other than that if it is known that the service is slow due to the services provided, why not add one or two more employees to the service to the public, the feeling of impotence and that I'm asking a favor for this service, but after regaining consciousness, it's realizing the high fees charged by the notary offices, I feel like I'm playing the role of a clown waiting for this service, there's gone 3 hours of my day waiting to be served.

Great location and infrastructure, outsourced underground parking, but very secure and at a considerable discount for customers who go to the notary. Excellent service from all attendants, especially Ghessica Lima who, with empathy and flexibility, understood the needs in a surprising way - which saved me time and money. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Passei todas as informações solicitadas pela atendente via telefone, incluindo o endereço, antes de me dirigir ao cartório para me certificar do local correto. Ao chegar no local, outra atendente me informou que o caso não seria tratado lá, mas em outro cartório.
Terrible. I passed all the information requested by the attendant via phone, including the address, before heading to the registry office to make sure of the correct location. Upon arriving at the place, another attendant informed me that the case would not be dealt with there, but in another registry office.

Tratar os clientes,hoje às 15:05, cheguei no cartório a portaria simplesmente me destratou,se ele não tinha permissão para deixa entrar pelo pedi pra falar com o gerente, simplesmente bateu a porta na minha cara,poxa hoje deixei de trabalhar pela tarde,vim do município de marítuba, estava chovendo de moto,falei pra ele que atrasei 5 minutos só pra ele te um bom senso me ouvir, simplesmente me destratou,sem nenhum preparo emocional,grosso sem educação,sem habilidade para ficar em uma recepção, cartório estou muito triste e decepcionado com a forma de tratamento recepcionado,esperava mas bom senso, diálogo,triste pois perdi hora de trabalho e dinheiro,pois foi uma viagem em vão,por único motivo vocês não terem diálogo,bom senso
