Mais pode melhorar um pouco mais pois poria ter cadeiras e mesas de plástico pra facilitar e melhorar os banheiros !
Space is not lacking.

Space is huge, however, the owner is arrogant, freezer and refrigerator do not work properly, if something is missing and you need the owner, forget it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento ruim,piscina deveria ter escada para entrada e saída idosos não conseguem sair com facilidade..banheiro feminino com porta quebrada ...o salão grande tem espaço bom.
Bad parking, swimming pool should have stairs for entry and exit elderly people cannot get out easily..female bathroom with broken door ...the large lounge has good space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO ALUGUEM AQUI! Não tem água, quando ativam é "gato" da Sabesp, mas de manhã tiram para não serem processados, fiação exposta, lugar em péssimas condições. O caseiro serve pra nada além de passar pano pro dono. O dono é mentiroso; se vier aqui, espere não poder tomar banho, leve um caminhão pipa e todos apetrechos para acampar, a diária vale nem $50 nessa casa abandonada. Viemos para o campeonato de Baja e a casa não servia para nos hospedar.
DO NOT RENT HERE! There is no water, when they activate it is Sabesp's "cat", but in the morning they take it out to avoid being processed, exposed wiring, place in terrible conditions. The caretaker serves nothing more than passing cloth to the owner. The owner is a liar; if you come here, expect not to be able to shower, take a water truck and all camping gear, the daily rate is not even $50 in this abandoned house. We came for the Baja championship and the house was not suitable for us.
