★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mãe esteve ai dias atrás para reconhecer firma de sua assinatura, em uns documentos de locação, a Imobiliária que encaminhou a minha mãe para colher esse reconhecimento, informou a minha mãe que o cartório saberia informar ela onde e oque assinar. Pois bem, chegando no cartório, uma funcionaria de nome Ana Paula, atendeu ela com uma má vontade absurda, minha mãe sem saber onde assinar pediu sua ajuda e a mesma se recusou a ajuda-la, que tipo de profissional age dessa forma ? Sem falar que humilhou minha mãe falando a seguinte frase "a senhora não sabe nem oque veio fazer aqui".
Isso não é atitude que se tenha com cliente, por mais que ele não entende de determinado assunto. Espero nunca mais precisar por o pé nesse local e muito menos ver essa pessoa na qual "nos atendeu".
Lembre-se que isso se caracteriza pena de acordo com código de defesa do consumidor. O artigo 39, inciso II. Tomem cuidado...!
