★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço bom, mas a primeira experiência faltou combustível na Van e paramos a caminho do aeroporto, no meio da via Dutra.
A outra van, ao sair do Estacionamento notamos que também estava com problemas. Situações que poderiam ser controladas pela gestão.
Good price, but the first experience ran out of fuel in the van and we stopped on the way to the airport, in the middle of via Dutra.
The other van, when leaving the parking lot, we noticed that it was also having problems. Situations that could be controlled by management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosso retorno do aeroporto foi uma péssima experiência, o motorista da van dirigiu em altíssima velocidade infringindo várias leis de trânsito. Foram feitas várias ultrapassagens irregulares e muito perigosas, fechou vários motoristas e cortou muito no trânsito. Os passageiros da van sentiram muito medo e além de tudo, o motorista ficou o tempo todo no celular, que estava ligado no sistema de Bluetooth, para ficar vendo memes, mensagens de WhatsApp, status etc. A alta velocidade foi desenvolvida de forma perigosa em pontos como estacionamento do aeroporto e manobras no próprio pátio da Park222. Outro ponto importante, é que o motorista não utilizou máscara e nem solicitou o uso por parte de passageiros que não estavam usando.
Por conta de segurança pessoal, não utilize este serviço, um acidente nesse caso teria facilmente custado nossas vidas.

There were several irregular and very dangerous overtakings, it closed several drivers and cut a lot of traffic. The passengers of the van were very scared and, on top of that, the driver was on his cell phone all the time, which was connected to the Bluetooth system, to see memes, WhatsApp messages, statuses, etc. High speed has developed dangerously at points such as airport parking and maneuvers in Park222's own yard. Another important point is that the driver did not wear a mask and did not ask for its use by passengers who were not using it.
For the sake of personal safety, do not use this service, an accident in this case would have easily cost our lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente preço e atendimento. A van sai de meia / meia hora. Como chegamos cedo, não tivemos problema com a ida ao aeroporto.
Motorista foi muito gentil e prestativo, inclusive nos mostrou o caminho para voltar para casa saindo do estacionamento.
Assim que cheguei no aeroporto, enquanto aguardava as malas, avisei e o motorista ficou nos aguardando.
Tivemos uma excelente experiência e recomendamos o estacionamento.
Excellent price and service. The van leaves every half/half hour. As we arrived early, we had no problem with going to the airport.
Driver was very kind and helpful, he even showed us the way back home from the parking lot.
As soon as I arrived at the airport, while waiting for the bags, I warned and the driver was waiting for us.
We had an excellent experience and recommend parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com eles no retorno da minha viagem. Deixei meu carro no estacionamento (que é bem amplo), e me informaram que assim que chegasse, deveria entrar em contato com eles, que imediatamente iriam nos buscar. Pois bem, assim que peguei minhas malas já enviei msg via whatsapp informando que estava saindo do aeroporto em direção ao ponto de encontro... Imediatamente me responderam e após 5 minutos me informaram que a van já estava saindo .. esperamos 25 minutos, até que entrei em contato e disseram que ele já estava chegando pois teve que deixar alguns passageiros no aeroporto.... Mais 15 minutos se passaram, liguei e me informaram que não estavam conseguindo falar com o motorista para saber o que estava acontecendo.
Enfim, ficamos esperando quase 1 hora e qdo o motorista chegou, disse que havia saido do estacionamento a pouco tempo. Qdo cheguei no estacionamento e fui fazer meu checkout, a mesma atendente que havia me dito que já tinha liberado o motorista e posteriormente disse não estar conseguindo falar com ele, mudou a versão e disse que teve outros translados (sendo que são 3 vans)
Ou seja, mentiram para mim e me fizeram de trouxa .... Enquanto estavam todos no quentinho da recepção, tive que ficar por 1 hora no frio e cansada, esperando a boa vontade deles
Não recomendo e nunca mais passo nem perto, pois de que adianta ter uma boa estrutura e um péssimo atendimento????
I had a bad experience with them on the way back from my trip. I left my car in the parking lot (which is quite large), and they informed me that as soon as I arrived, I should contact them, who would immediately pick us up. Well, as soon as I got my bags I already sent a message via whatsapp informing that I was leaving the airport towards the meeting point... They immediately answered me and after 5 minutes they informed me that the van was leaving .. we waited 25 minutes, until I contacted him and they said he was already arriving because he had to leave some passengers at the airport.... Another 15 minutes passed, I called and they informed me that they were unable to speak to the driver to find out what was happening.
Anyway, we waited almost 1 hour and when the driver arrived, he said he had left the parking lot a short time ago. When I arrived at the parking lot and went to checkout, the same attendant who had told me that she had already released the driver and later said that she was unable to speak with him, changed the version and said that there were other transfers (with 3 vans)
In other words, they lied to me and made a fool of me.... While everyone was warm at the reception, I had to stay for 1 hour in the cold and tired, waiting for their goodwill
I don't recommend it and I'll never go anywhere near it again, because what's the point of having a good structure and bad service????
