★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma falta de respeito por telefone, atendem e desligam, sucessivamente, tremenda falta de respeito. moro a 2 km de distância e precisava confirmar documentos para levar. Fui ao local entrei e liguei do meu celular, não vou dizer o nome da secretaria q atende o telefone, mas ela coloca fora do gancho e em segundos desliga. desrespeito, só isso!

I went to the place, I went in and called from my cell phone, I won't say the name of the secretary who answers the phone, but she puts it off the hook and in seconds it hangs up. disrespect, that's all!

Poor service. They are unable to respond to a letter requesting information registered there on time. And they make the body soft. Look for another registry office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima acessibilidade. Fui com carrinho de bebê e não pude acessar o cartório porque ele fica no segundo andar de uma concessionária e só se chega até ele de escada. A sugestão de 3 homens sentados fumando seus cigarros foi deixar meu carrinho na porta, quase na rua (como se eu não fosse ser roubada, caso fizesse isso). Me pergunto: e os cadeirantes? Deixam suas cadeiras de roda na porta e sobem se arrastando? E pessoas idosas? Pessoas com limitações físicas? Vou denunciar esse cartório ao CNJ para que eles tomem as providencias necessárias para garantir acesso de todas as pessoas.
Poor accessibility. I went with a stroller and could not access the office because it is on the second floor of a dealership and only reaches him by stairs. The suggestion of 3 men sitting smoking their cigarettes was to leave my cart at the door, almost on the street (as if I wouldn't be robbed if I did). I wonder: what about the wheelchair users? Leave their wheelchairs at the door and crawl up? And old people? People with physical limitations? I will report this notary to the CNJ so that they take the necessary steps to ensure access for all people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo. Funcionários mal educados e mal treinados. Deixaram minha mulher grávida esperando na fila (sem prioridade) e quando chegou sua hora o atendente disse que estava saindo para almoçar e, se ela quisesse, que esperasse mais uma hora pelo seu retorno ou que voltasse no dia seguinte. É isso mesmo?
Terrible service. Poorly educated and poorly trained staff. They left my pregnant wife waiting in line (no priority) and when her time came the attendant said he was going out for lunch and, if she wanted, to wait another hour for her return or to come back the next day. That's right?

A atendente, uma mulher loira, era grosseira nas últimas. Como se estivesse nos fazendo um favor.
Não recomendo! FUJAM DE LÁ! A não ser se você queira ser desrespeitado!
Pena que nesse país não há na prática qualquer avaliação e punição para os serviços notariais...
Terrible attendance. I went to do a notarization and I was perplexed by the unpreparedness and rudeness with the customers who were there.
The attendant, a blonde woman, was rude in the latter. Like you're doing us a favor.
I do not recommend! FLEE FROM THERE! Unless you want to be disrespected!
Too bad that in this country there is in practice no evaluation and punishment for notary services...
