Por sorte, uma funcionária estava saindo pelo portão, informou-me que o atendimento é das 14h-16h, porém que deveria buscar a transferência que precisava de forma online. Informei que não estava conseguindo, então ela disse que o atendimento tem que ser agendado. Os burocratas brasileiros estão sempre se superando.
