★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na noite de hoje eu fiz um pedido via Uber Eats e o restaurante que por algum descuido ou falta de responsabilidade deixou o app funcionando.
Vamos ao caos que gerou... O pedido foi realizado por volta das 20:40h e até agora está chamando motoboys para buscar. Tem pelo menos duas horas que estou avisando aos motoboys que o restaurante está fechado (informado pelo primeiro motoboy) e que não é para ficar perdendo o tempo dele esperando.
Estou tentando contato com o Uber Eats sem sucesso, com fome e irritada por tanto transtorno!
Já tentei contato no celular indicado do restaurante e nada, ou seja, restaurante sem noção.
Restaurante sem consciência e que atrasa a vida dos outros, não dá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastei 54$ com um prato de comida descongelada na hora , sem sabor, o purê de batata doce estava passado, o peixe esfarelado. Liguei e reclamei mas não houve troca do produto a moça que me atendeu disse que eu era concorrente estava tentando denegrir a imagem do restaurante, não se dispôs a resolver de nenhuma forma mesmo eu aceitando a troca do prato por outro dado que sou cliente da rede e já havia experimentado outros pratos da filial Tatuapé onde nunca tive problemas, decepcionada com a rede.
