São José tem outros cartórios e preço não é tudo. Apesar que o preço também não é bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento do mundo! Funcionários não sabem nem dar uma informação correta. Entregam protocolo com data de retirada e não cumprem. Não conversam entre si, fiz o pagamento das taxas enviei o comprovante e dois dias depois, disseram que estavam aguardando ainda o pagamento, quando falei que já estava pago há 2 dias disseram: "ah é mesmo, está aqui e não vimos! " Falta de responsabilidade. O Sr. Delegado responsável pelo cartório deveria tomar providências.
The worst service in the world! Employees do not even know how to give correct information. They deliver a protocol with a date of withdrawal and do not comply. They don't talk to each other, I paid the fees, I sent the receipt and two days later, they said they were still waiting for payment, when I said it had been paid for 2 days, they said: "Oh yeah, it's here and we didn't see it!" of responsability. The Delegate responsible for the registry should take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Disponibilizam o atendimento por email mas se vc nao ligar la eles nao dão andamento no seu pedido. Depois vc recolhe a taxa e demora mais uma vida pra confirmarem o recebimento. Dai precisa ficar cobrando todo dia pra mandarem seu protocolo. Depois tudo denovo pra sair a certidão. Horrivel! O pior cartorio de sjc
Terrible! They provide email service, but if you don't call them, they won't proceed with your order. Then you collect the fee and it takes one more life to confirm receipt. Dai needs to be charging every day to send your protocol. Then all over again to get the certificate out. Horrible! the worst registry office in sjc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisando no Google sôbre este Cartório, constatei o horário de ABRIR/FECHAR, posto não ter sido atendido por telefone postado e não fui atendido. Pois bem, tendo "confiado" então na postagem e horários descritos no Google, menciona fechar ás 13:hs , inclusive de segunda a sexta-feira. Ao Cartório me dirigi e a informação qdo lá cheguei, foi que o atendimento na realidade vai até ás 16:hs durante a semana toda. Pois então, eu resido em SJC e até cheguei bem antes do horário que consta o "fecha" o atendimento, mas não tem/teve atualização do horário até agora na postagem deles junto ao Google, posto não constar o horário correto. Exponho isso, face aos que aqui não residem e tenham que confiar no horário equivocado e reduzido. Por favor, atualizem o horário no Google também, já que praticamente impossível ser atendido via telefone para qq esclarecimento, ok?
Searching on Google about this Registry Office, I found the OPEN/CLOSE time, since I was not answered by posted phone and I was not answered. Well, having "trusted" then the post and times described on Google, mentions closing at 13:hs, including Monday to Friday. I went to the Notary Public's Office and the information when I got there was that the service actually lasts until 16:h throughout the week. Well then, I live in SJC and I even arrived well before the time that it "closes" the service, but there is/has no update of the time so far in their post with Google, since the correct time is not included. I expose this, in the face of those who do not reside here and have to rely on the wrong and reduced schedule. Please update the time on Google too, as it is practically impossible to be answered via phone for any clarification, ok?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem tem sorte chega num dia sem fa e é atendido logo. Precisam melhorar a triagem na prenotacao de títulos poupando idas e vindas e gasto com mais protocolos. É a instuição burocrata por excelência. Precisam ter convênio com algum estabelecimento.
