Só acho que se é pra lidar com o público pelomenos tem que ter a educação do berço. Horrible. Attendance to certain people who shouldn't even be sitting where they are. I was treated like a dog. I went after making an Economic Dependent Declaration to include my wife in my Service covenant. And the boy had no desire to attend to me. It was rude, uneducated. I just think that if you are going to deal with the public at least you have to have the education of the cradle.
