★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento sempre ofereceu um ótimo atendimento, mas hoje passei por uma situação extremamente constrangedora na qual a funcionária não sabia verificar autenticidade do documento e ainda ficou tirando sarro da situação com seus dois colegas contestando a autenticidade. Falta de respeito e e ética revejam o quadro de funcionários do estabelecimento de vocês creio que eles não devem estar recebendo pra fazer piadas aleatórias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui reconhecer firma (processo que reconhece a assinatura como verdadeira) e a atendente disse que não poderia fazer pois o documento não estava preenchido totalmente, eu não fui pra pedir autenticidade mas sim reconhecer minha assinatura, ela não fez, desci no outro cartório e foi feito sem nenhum questionamento, não indico de firma alguma esse cartório!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre utilizei esse cartório para reconhecimento de firma e não tive problemas, Porém entrei em contato com o cartório para obter informações sobre procuração. No primeiro contato um atendente informou que a procuração poderia dar poderes gerais e especificar os bancos, para não ter problemas. Quando liguei para agendar a assinatura, o outro atendente disse que não poderia fazer uma procuração dando poderes gerais, que isso não existe. Também perguntei para ele se eu poderia enviar as documentações por email para ele realizar a minuta (para adiantar), que depois quando eu fosse assinar eu levaria os originais, pois estou evitando ao máximo o contato devido a COVID, pois farei em breve uma viagem internacional, nisso o atendente se negou a receber meus documentos por email. Eu liguei nos outros 2 cartórios e ambos se dispuseram a receber os documentos por email e fazer uma procuração dando poderes gerais, porém colocando notas específicas para bancos, pois segundo orientações, alguns bancos exigem essa nota específica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior cartório que existe. Se você precisar resolver qualquer coisa, não vá lá. Pra elaborarem uma simples procuração já levam mais de 10 dias! Eu já mandei fazer procuração pública em SP, em cartório muito mais movimentado e foi feito em um dia útil. Aqui, num cartório que não dá mais de 15 pessoas na fila o "profissional" leva mais de 10 dias. Um absurdo. Não Vá Nesse Cartório.
