Atendimento horrível, ofereceram um serviço que não foi cumprido, meu carro pegou água nos carpetes expliquei a Débora sobre isso, a mesma me informou que iriam dar um jeito, ela me ofereceu outros serviços de limpeza interna e externa e aceitei sempre deixando claro que o meu objetivo principal era a limpeza e troca dos feltros no carpete, ao receber o carro o mesmo estava com o serviço pronto, mas sem o serviço principal feito. Ou seja agiram de má fé, fazendo os outros serviços para ganhar dinheiro, Pq não me avisaram na hora que não tinham o feltro? Pq me ofereceram um produto que não existia. Questionei e ligaram para o Senhor Fernando, dono da loja que informou que não podia fazer nada e que o máximo que poderia fazer era me devolver a metade do valor, eu até me sentiria satisfeita com a atitude se o meu objetivo fosse os outros serviços, mas não era... Me senti totalmente lesada com o serviço desta empresa
 This address is now wash in house... My experience was terrible. Horrible service, they offered a service that was not fulfilled, my car got water on the carpets, I explained to Débora about it, she informed me that they would find a way, she offered me other internal and external cleaning services and I always accepted making it clear that the my main objective was to clean and change the felts on the carpet, when I received the car the service was ready, but without the main service done. In other words, they acted in bad faith, doing other services to earn money, Why didn't they tell me they didn't have the felt? Because they offered me a product that didn't exist. I questioned and called Mr. Fernando, the owner of the store, who informed him that he could do nothing and that the most he could do was return me half the amount, I would even feel satisfied with the attitude if my goal were other services, but it wasn't... I felt totally cheated by the service of this company
