★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu controle do PS4 com um defeito, no primeiro retorno, voltou com 3 defeitos botões triângulo e círculo afundados, botão PS afundado e R3 sem funcionar. No segundo retorno nem recebi sem testar na loja, no teste já ficou claro que o botão PS ainda estava afundado, fato ignorado pela manutenção e o botão R3 estava estalando, foi feita a manutenção do botão R3 mas do botão PS nada foi feito pois o técnico disse q era daquele jeito mesmo. Hoje com menos de 15 dias uso o botão PS já esta novamente com defeito, ligar o vídeo game por ele é praticamente impossível. E lá vou eu ter que voltar mais uma vez na loja pra fazer o reparo do meu controle. Resumindo, não recomendo de forma nenhuma a manutenção nessa loja.
I took my PS4 controller with a defect, on the first return, it came back with 3 defects, triangle and circle buttons sunk, PS button sunken and R3 not working. On the second return I didn't even receive it without testing it in the store, in the test it was already clear that the PS button was still sunk, a fact ignored by the maintenance and the R3 button was clicking, the R3 button was maintained but nothing was done about the PS button because the technician said it was like that. Today, with less than 15 days, I use the PS button, it is already defective again, turning on the video game through it is practically impossible. And there I'm going to have to go back to the store one more time to have my controller repaired. In short, I do not recommend in any way maintenance in this store.
