Efetuei duas compras, nas duas vieram óculos com defeito ( 25% dos óculos na primeira compra e 10% na segunda ). Ficaram de dar um cupom de desconto e nunca deram. Ao tentar comprar novamente utilizando o crédito eles não atenderam, ficaram jogando de um para o outro lá e sem resolver a questão ( mais de 1 semana tentando ).
Péssimo, total descaso com o cliente, fuja!!
Lousy service, I do not recommend it to anyone.
I made two purchases, both came with defective glasses (25% of the glasses on the first purchase and 10% on the second). They were left to give a discount coupon and never did. When trying to buy again using the credit they did not answer, they were playing from one to the other there and without solving the issue (more than 1 week trying).
Terrible, total neglect with the customer, run away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, são rápidos. Mas sinceramente qualidade dos produtos péssima, foi uma compra teste pra saber a qualidade, para poder eventualmente estar vendendo com minha marca. Mas fiquei bem decepcionada. Não recomendo. E nem venderia minha marca com os produtos.
Service is good, they are fast. But honestly, the quality of the products was terrible, it was a test purchase to know the quality, so that I could eventually be selling with my brand. But I was pretty disappointed. I do not recommend. Nor would I sell my brand with the products.
