★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de 140 canaletas, e no momento da entrega o entregador avisa que ficará FALTANDO 92, ou seja me entregaram somente 48, isso na segunda feira, e disseram que poderia me entregar até sexta feira, sendo que deixei bem claro que tenho pressa na entrega, quando liguei no depósito, falei com a vendedora Mariana (Por sinal muito mal humorada), disse que não tinha como me entregar antes pois não tinham em estoque...aí me pergunto como vender algo que vc não Tem? Disse que só perceberam no momento de carregar o caminhão ?. Tive que cancelar a compra e ir para outro depósito, pois a credibilidade vai a ZERO dessa forma.

Quanto ao atendimento só tinha uma moça que parecia ser meio sem paciência, e antipática, a primeira impressão foi meio ruim, mas percebi que é o jeito dela, no entanto, sempre me atendeu e me ajudou nas minhas dúvidas ficando tudo ok! Os outros atendentes de lá são ok tbem!
