O site não possui estrutura sequer para enviar e/ou atualizar seus documentos ou até baixar o termo de adesão para a parcicipação dos leilões. Tudo isso poderia ser contornado por um atendimento eficiente, mas também não é o que ocorre com a 3 Torres Leilões. Em contato pelo Whatsapp, depois de ter enviado cópia de documentos e até foto segurando um documento de identificação, somente depois de incríveis 5 horas (e com insistência da minha parte) me passaram a informação de que o cadastramento ao leilão da 525ª HASTA PÚBLICA UNIFICADA já tinha se encerrado, mesmo faltando dois dias para o pregão. Não vou entrar no tocante à confiabilidade do site, pois sequer consegui me habilitar para dar os lances.
I have participated in countless auctions and I have never had an experience as frustrating as the one I had with 3 Torres Leilões. The site does not even have the structure to send and / or update your documents or even download the adhesion term for the participation in auctions. All of this could be circumvented by an efficient service, but neither is it the case with 3 Torres Leilões. In contact by Whatsapp, after having sent a copy of documents and even a photo holding an identification document, it was only after an incredible 5 hours (and with insistence on my part) that I was informed that the registration for the auction of the 525th PUBLIC STATION UNIFIED it had already ended, even two days before the auction. I will not go into the reliability of the site, because I was not even able to qualify to bid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site trás a informação que os lances encerra as 10:00, porém segundo o leilão vai se encerrando lote a lote, já são 15:43 e estão dando lances. Deveria trazer essa informação no site, pois prejudica a maioria.
