maionese muito boa,
preço normal de um lanche gourmet.
Só acho q poderiam dar uma batatinha de brinde como de costume em outras lanchonetes gourmet.

I just think they could give you a little toast as usual in other gourmet restaurants.

e sempre q visitamos a cidade fazemos questão de vir na 3014 hamburgueria gourmet. O atendimento é muito eficiente, o lanche é um espetáculo, de qualidade
e não demora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente do 3014 e recomendava a todos batendo no ponto forte que era sabor, o burguer feito na brasa e o atendimento que era impecável.
Em uma visita neste mês de maio de 2022, o 3014 já estava em sua nova localização. Fui com um grupo de amigos de Vitória que estavam visitando a região, e novamente recomendei a hamburgueria. Infelizmente as coisas mudaram drasticamente.
O novo espaço ficou bonito, isso é fato. Mas infelizmente, “todo bônus tem um ônus”.
Por mais que o espaço novo ficou bonito, sua área foi bem reduzida, comportando menos pessoas se comparado ao espaço antigo. O atendimento agora é feito pelo próprio cliente, onde o mesmo deve fazer o seu pedido e ficar atento para retirar. O burguer não é mais feito na brasa. Os combos no cardápio acompanham refrigerante, mas ao chegar no caixa para realizar seu pedido você é surpreso de que a Coca Cola não faz parte do combo. Mas a Coca não é um refrigerante?
Somado a isso tudo, a demora no preparo do burguer, o que não compreendemos pois a casa não estava cheia.
Entretanto, o sabor do lanche continua bom, prazeroso de comer. A hamburgueria poderia voltar com o ponto forte do atendimento também, para se destacar ainda mais na localidade e atrair a clientela.
I have always been a customer of 3014 and would recommend it to everyone, hitting the strong point that was the flavor, the grilled burger and the impeccable service.
On a visit this May 2022, 3014 was already in its new location. I went with a group of friends from Vitória who were visiting the region, and again I recommended the hamburgueria. Unfortunately things have changed drastically.
The new space looks beautiful, that's for sure. But unfortunately, “every bonus has a cost”.
As beautiful as the new space was, its area was greatly reduced, accommodating fewer people compared to the old space. The service is now done by the customer himself, where he must place his order and be attentive to withdraw. The burger is no longer cooked over coals. The combos on the menu come with soda, but when you arrive at the cashier to place your order, you are surprised that Coca Cola is not part of the combo. But isn't Coke a soft drink?
Added to all this, the delay in preparing the burger, which we did not understand because the house was not full.
However, the flavor of the snack is still good, pleasant to eat. The hamburger could come back with the strong point of service too, to stand out even more in the locality and attract customers.
