★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos desde o dia 09 Mai tentando fazer um registro de roubo de celular. Fizemos um " provisorio" no dia 10 Mai 2020, depois recebemos um comunicado pedindo p agendar dentro de 10 dias p refazer, isso dia 10 de lá para cá não conseguimos acessar ao site, e por telefone ninguém atende. Voltamos a 32 DP novamente nos atenderam por interfone e disseram que somente por internet. E agora p que faremos? Precisamos do RO ou BO para efeito do seguro. Por favor nos oriente.
 We have been attempting to register a cell phone theft since May 9th. We made a "provisional" on May 10, 2020, then we received a statement asking to schedule within 10 days to redo, that day since then we haven't been able to access the site, and no one answers by phone. We went back to 32 DP again, they answered us by intercom and said that only by internet. And now what do we do? We need the RO or BO for insurance purposes. Please guide us.

I am days trying to call to answer a question about an occurrence record, unfortunately there is no one to answer the phone. I find a lack of respect for the citizen. if it is urgent, you can be sure that the person will not get care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei minha avó (deficiente visual total) e não tivemos um pingo de atenção ou respeito. Ninguém pôde dar uma orientação sobre o que perguntamos e ainda fui orientada a procurar no YouTube como proceder com o atendimento necessário.
Terrible attendance. I took my grandmother (completely visually impaired) and we didn't get an ounce of attention or respect. Nobody could give any guidance on what we asked and I was even instructed to look on YouTube how to proceed with the necessary care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci a 32°DP ,onde gostaria de fazer um registro de ocorrência de ameaça e fui tratado com descaso como se eu estivesse implorando pra fazer um registro. A inspetora que estava trabalhando no dia 5 de junho de 2021 no horário de 21 horas me tratou muito mal, disse que eu tinha que fazer pela internet sendo que não tinha flagrante, falei que eu ia aguardar.
I attended the 32nd DP, where I would like to make a record of a threat occurrence and was treated with contempt as if I was begging to make a record. The inspector who was working on June 5, 2021 at 9 pm treated me very badly, said I had to do it online since there was no flagrant, I said I would wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergonhoso, difícil ter atendimento nessa unidade, e quando tem um agente para atender, e a DP está lotado de pessoas para atender, ele nem olha para a sua cara direito e manda registrar o B.O. on-line. Na 41ª DP (Tanque) fui muito bem tratado e atendido prontamente, essa unidade tenho que dar nota 1000.
Shameful, it's difficult to have service in this unit, and when there's an agent to assist, and the DP is full of people to assist, he doesn't even look at your face straight and sends you to register the B.O. online. In the 41st DP (Tank) I was very well treated and promptly attended to, this unit I have to give a grade of 1000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj fui muito bem atendida pelo agente que lá se encontrava. Pois sofri um golpe pelo celular vindo de uma ligação atráves de uma falsa central do banco do Brasil.expliquei oq houve e prontamente fui atendida. Nada a reclamar!
Today I was very well attended by the agent who was there. Because I was hit by the cell phone coming from a call through a fake central bank of Brazil. I explained what happened and I was promptly answered. Nothing to complain about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na 32 DP e fui recebido pela Dra. Luana e pelo Dr. Nilton. Posso assegurar que essa repartição pública é o bom exemplo da "casa do cidadão" . Me trataram com atenção, gentileza, cordialidade, respeito e sobretudo buscando priorizar as providências legais que ali fui em busca. Apesar das visíveis dificuldades matériais e de pessoal face à uma demanda crescente por conta da nossa realidade social, percebi que os inspetores e demais autoridades trabalhavam com empenho e dedicação para melhor servir aos que chegavam no balcão trazendo suas mazelas. É reconfortante poder ainda encontrar servidores públicos, tão massacrados todos os dias pela imprensa e pelo próprio governo, dando o seu melhor pelo cidadão que na nossa Polícia coloca toda sua confiança e esperança. Parabéns à todos que integram a equipe da 32 DP Taquara! Vocês merecem toda a nossa admiração, gratidão e respeito.
I was today at 32 DP and was received by Dr. Luna and by Dr. Nilton. I can assure you that this public office is a good example of the "citizen's house". They treated me with attention, kindness, cordiality, respect and, above all, trying to prioritize the legal measures that I went in search of. Despite the visible material and personnel difficulties faced with a growing demand due to our social reality, I noticed that the inspectors and other authorities worked with commitment and dedication to better serve those who arrived at the counter with their ailments. It is comforting to still be able to find public servants, so massacred every day by the press and by the government itself, doing their best for the citizen who puts all their trust and hope in our Police. Congratulations to everyone who is part of the 32 DP Taquara team! You deserve all our admiration, gratitude and respect.
